The handling charge for tickets purchased on the web is $2.00 per ticket. The handling charge for phone orders of individual tickets through the Box Office is $3.00 per ticket. Additional charges or fees may apply for ticket exchange transactions. Handling charges are waived on subscription and extra subscriber rate purchases as a subscriber benefit.
Your tickets will be available for pick up any time prior to the performance during regular Box Office hours (10 – 3, Mon. – Fri.). Online ticket orders will be available the following business day after the order is placed (example – tickets purchased online: Wednesday at 11AM; available for pick-up: Thursday at 10AM).
We will replace any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets for a $1.00 per ticket charge.
All sales are final, and tickets cannot be returned or refunded. Subscribers are entitled to one free ticket exchange as a subscriber benefit. All other patrons who wish to exchange tickets within the same production to a different date or time, subject to availability, will be charged a handling fee of $1.00 per ticket plus any seat upgrade costs when applicable.
