“What do you call a revival of a revival? A re-revival? In the case of this “Cabaret,” you just call it fantastic.” – NY Post
This Cabaret is a superb production of one of the great Broadway musicals of all time-an exhilarating, harrowing masterpiece. – Time Out NY
It is hard to think of a single revival of any musical that has achieved such fusion with the popular perception of the material. “Cabaret” was, and is, a brilliantly inventive and revealing conception. – Chicago Tribune

Winner of 4 Tony Awards, the 1998 revival of Cabaret is stunning. The scene is the Kit Kat Klub, a night club in Berlin, as the 1920s are drawing to a close. The Master of Ceremonies welcomes the audience to the show and assures them that, whatever their troubles, they will forget them at the Cabaret. Cliff, a young American writer, meets Ernst, a German who surprises Cliff by putting his briefcase among Cliff’s luggage at the German border. Later at the club, Cliff meets the young, beautiful Sally Bowles, and they begin a passionate relationship that leads to many complications. Musical numbers include Willkommen, Cabaret, Mein Herr, Maybe This Time, The Money Song and Two Ladies. When we revisit the Klub at the end, much is changed, and show ends with a stark foreshadowing of things to come.
