Get ready for fun-filled adventure as your little ones learn about storytelling and performing! These young campers will be engaged in two weeks singing, dancing, games and crafts which will culminate in the musical presentation of CINDERELLA! Each camper will have their moment to shine on stage! This will be a magical summer at TBR.
Beth Bordelon returns to TBR summer camps once again to guide these campers through two weeks of preparing a full of production of GODSPELL, Jr.. Campers will participate in all phases of the production, including auditions, rehearsals, set design, costumes, and tech. whether you are a triple threat or a beginner, this camp is for you.
This is a two week session that will allow campers to learn more about acting and the production process. Campers will learn new skills and improve existing ones, including vocal support, articulation, movement, improvisation, audition skills and characterizations. Campers will learn physical and vocal warmups, play games and participate in acting exercises. They will audition and rehearse for a final performance be held at the conclusion of the second week.
AGES 18 AND OVER
Want to be on stage, but don't know where to start? This fun camp is just for you. Campers will spend six evening creating and developing a one act play to be performed on the last day. whether you are a seasoned performer or just want to have a fun week, this class is for you. also recommend for parents who want to find out exactly what their kids do when they are at TBR.
During this two week camp, participants will learn how to express themselves on the stage through music. From singing to bucket drumming campers will dig deep into the the basics of music performance and literacy and how music can be a tool for communication and storytelling.Students will be involved in creating their own show based on the content of the camp, allowing them to experience performing, composing and playwriting.
AGES 18 AND UP
Join us as we explore the characters and situations of a one act drama. The final class will be a presentation for friends and family. This class is always a good time and is perfect for seasoned actors as well as newcomers.
